Is There a Late Fee? 

Yes. Every 30-minutes will result in a $30 fine! If you want to request more time, it will cost you $60 per hour.

What is The Turn Around Time Frame?

Typical turnaround time is 5-7 days. There is a $50 Expedited Fee

How Much is The Deposit?

We require a 50% deposit which also covers the booking fee of the studio. 

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE

Can I Post Unedited Pictures?

No. This will result in a fine, which must be paid before the edited photos can be released.

How Long Will I Have Access to The Photo/Video Link?

Once the link has been sent out, the client will have 1 week to download all necessary items before the link is expired.
